Refund and Cancellation Policy
This is the Handeazy cancellation of booking and refund Policy (“refund Policy” or “return” or “cancellation Terms”). Innovate IT Services FZ LLC and its affiliates, brand called, “Handeazy”, “we” or “us”) offer Home and office maintenance services through Mobile Apps, web-based solutions facilitating connections between customers that seek specific services and service professionals also known as Service providers / Services Partners that offer these services. In this Policy, the services offered to you by service professionals on or through the Platform are referred to as “Professional Services”. This Policy outlines our practices in relation to the collection, storage, usage, processing, and disclosure of personal data that you have consented to share with us when you access, use, or otherwise interact with our website available at https://www.handeazy.com/ or mobile application ‘Handeazy’ (Mobile App on Appstore / Playstore) or avail products or services that Handeazy offers you on or through the Mobile App on Appstore / Playstore services.

Any refund / partial payment / discounts will be given as per the promotion, offers and in verification with service provider engaged for the service booked, executed.

Any refund, payment dispute needs to be resolved amicably by Customer, user and Service partners, handeazy team can be involved in cases required and you agree that the decision taken by HandEazy (Innovate IT Services FZ LLC) will be the conclusive and final.

Details of bookings and payment receipt will be available on the Mobile App. We do not store bills, receipt for long due to data residency and privacy reason.

Cancellation of any booking placed needs to be cancelled atleast 4 hours before the service start time to avoid inconvenience and to allow handeazy and provider to re-allocate professionals. Refund of such booking if pre-paid in advance will be refunded through Bank transfer deducting the payment gateway charges and you agree to share your Bank details in such case.

All refund will be done to either to the same source of payment or through Bank transfer, later in most of the cases.

Any cancellation done within 4 hours of booking will be charged 50% of the agreed or estimated cost provided.

No cancellation is allowed once the professional arrive at the location and if there is no one available at address, security access not granted or professional was unable to deliver the service due to any other reason. No Refund will be processed in such case.
