Handeazy TERMS and CONDITIONS to whoever accessing this website or any of its services. These Terms of Service set out the terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy, govern Handeazy's relationship with you, under which individuals may use this website and access the services offered by handeazy mobile app / online Portal website. The entire terms of service and privacy policy will be referred to or mentioned as “handeazy.com” (Website portal) and Handeazy App, part of Innovate IT Services FZ-LLC being the associated and the owning company. These Terms of Service comprise a legal agreement between handeazy.com / “Innovate IT Services FZ-LLC” and you, the person accessing and using this website (“You” or “User”) that could be end customer, Service provider also referred to as Partner/s. Innovate IT Services FZ-LLC owns, operates and maintains the Handeazy.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website” or “Site”) and Handeazy mobile App (hosted on Playstore and Appstore). By accessing the Website, Mobile App you are deemed to have read these Terms of Service and you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, which shall govern your access and use of the Website and all applicable laws and regulations.



The use of this website, Mobile app is subject to but not limited to the below terms of use:

  1. All contents on the website are owned by and under the license of Innovate IT Services FZ LLC. This content includes, but is not limited to, text, layout, design, look, appearance, graphics, videos etc. Re-use or copying is strictly prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

  2. The content of the pages or websites or App is for sharing information about the services and is subject to change without prior notice.

  3. The use of the websites, portal, app is completely on the discretion of the users and can avoid using if not required. HandEazy.com or Innovate IT Services FZ LL takes not responsibilities, ownership or any loss, harm or impact caused by using its services through its Services Provider also named as Partner, End users, third party or any other person or entity.

  4. Handeazy is a technology portal and online service platform that acts as an aggregator to connect customers and partners / service providers for different types of home / commercial services. The services are, including but not limited to maintenance, MEP, HVAC, home cleaning, AC servicing, repairs, fitting fixtures, healthcare at home, salon services, spa services, maintenance, car wash, swimming pool construction, repairs, any type of cleaning, laundry and dry cleaning, upholstery cleaning, disinfection services, and pest control etc. Handeazy has registered 3rd party service providers under this Terms and condition that are licensed by the relevant authorities. The listed services are provided by these partners who takes complete responsibilities of delivering the services to customer and owns every obligation in service delivery, SLA, outcome or impact and are legally bound under the relevant authority.

  5. We use cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you allow cookies to be used, the relevant personal information may be stored by us for use in fields we determine.

  6. No obligation, partnership, joint venture, or agency is created as a result of the Terms and Conditions, and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind Handeazy in any respect whatsoever. Handeazy will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any reason beyond Handeazy 's reasonable control, including, without limitation, electronic, mechanical or communications failure or degradation.

  7. You give your consent that you will not make unauthorized use of the contents, services, partners, materials and information on the website.

  8. We may also include links to other websites. These external links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. We are not responsible for the accuracy, correctness and any sort of implications of th external link content or its usage.

  9. When you book through Handeazy portal, websites or mobile apps, we will help facilitate the services for your home or office needs through our partners (service providers) or through their third party partners or handeazy directly. Once the service is done, the Fees you pay to our service professionals/3rd party service providers are non-refundable unless there is a company or partner caused violation proved and approved by Handeazy or its partners. We may update the pricing scheme on a going basis based on various factors and is in complete discretion of Handeazy or its partners. You are liable for any and all taxes (except taxes based on our income).

  10. You as users are liable for any loss, fees, payments, charges if any for the services taken and for any loss caused to Handeazy or to any of its service partners. This will be amicably discussed and shared. 

  11. Handeazy may change rates and fees from time to time by posting the changes on the Handeazy website ten days in advance but with no advance notice mandatory for temporary promotions or any changes that result in the reduction of rates and fees.

  12. Handeazy or Innovate IT Services FZ LLC cannot be held responsible for the unlawful acts of service professionals/3rd party service providers and users.

  13. Handeazy checks the backgrounds of service professionals/3rd party service providers both directly on their trade license validity and capability to deliver services. However, each user should exercise common sense and caution to protect their personal safety and property.

  14. The users (customers / partners) agree to hold Handeazy free from liability or obligations for any loss, damages and/or missing items during or after using the service of professional/3rd party service provider / partner services through Handeazy.

  15. Handeazy will charge you for your bookings through the payment method specified on the website, apps (e.g. a credit card or cash). If you pay any applicable charges with your credit card, we may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase.

  16. If you choose to pay the fee by your credit card, you, as the cardholder, must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.

  17. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all the information in your account. Handeazy or any of its partners are not responsible for the incorrect information shared during booking or any loss of credentials by users.

  18. If you want to cancel your booking, you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours' notice of cancellation. The notification must be in written format and sent to customercare@handeazy or team@handeazy .com. We reserve the right to levy a charge of up to AED 50 to cover any relevant administrative expenses.

  19. Customers using the website who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website, apps and shall not transact on or use the website.

  20. Handeazy has the right to apply penalties or block payment of its service provider / partners in the case of damage to the houses or house interiors in order to protect the community. However, what happens to the client's belongings and house interiors during the home service session is solely the client's responsibility. Handeazy is not responsible for houses and interiors during the process of entering into the house or leaving the house. Service professionals/partner / 3rd party service providers or Handeazy are not obliged to cover any damage(s) caused during the home or office services.

  21. If any provision of this Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, non-acceptable or/and invalid, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms and Conditions shall otherwise be kept in full force and effect.

  22. Handeazy may transfer, assign or delegate the Terms and Conditions and its rights and obligations without consent.

  23. Handeazy may apply penalties or block payment to service provider if found engaging in unethical, inappropriate activities or ways with handeazy (Innovate IT services FZ LLC), end customers, society, community, premise security or any other organization /individuals during the course of executing services through Handeazy

  24. Handeazy or Innovate IT services FZ LLC may apply penalties or block payment or has right to proceed in legals ways with service providers if the provider is found taking bookings offline (outside handeazy app/website) for the customers leads generated / received from Handeazy App or its Website.

  25. Handeazy or Innovate IT services FZ LLC reserve the rights to de-register or remove service providers, customers registration from App or website without prior notice.

  26. Handeazy has complete rights over its Mobile Apps, website in its function, features and can stop its app / website without prior notice and any balance payments to service providers for its services already rendered, approved and closed by customers will be paid off. 

  27. Registered Service Provider takes complete responsibility in ensuring Quality and efficiency of its services and its inability to deliver services post registration has to be notified to Handeazy (Innovate IT Services FZ LL) in writing atleast 30 days in advance through email sent to customercare@handeazy or team@handeazy.com or team@innovateitservices.com.

  28. Service provider takes complete responsibility of maintaining the services (creation / updating / deletion etc) and are liable to deliver the services listed in most efficient and customer obsessed way.

  29. Handeazy will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

  30. Handeazy will send messages, offers, notifications, campaign emails via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or App notifications as means of communication for the purposes of including but not limited to appointment confirmation, appointment updates, and marketing.

  31. For the PCR services i1f delivered, Handeazy is only an aggregator of DHA-licensed healthcare facilities and does not store any personal healthcare data and information.

  32. All information regarding user medical data is private in nature and it is stored by the DHA-licensed healthcare facilities.

  33. The medical liability is entirely on the healthcare facilities. The facilities are responsible for delivering quality healthcare to the users and storing their personal medical data where applicable.

  34. Like wise the above terms & conditions and privacy policies are applicable to Handeazy’s Service providers (partner), customers, users and no claims, loss, damages or harm to labor, technicians caused during delivering the services can be enforced to Handeazy, Innovate IT Services FZ LL or any of its associated companies. And Handezy cannot be held responsible, liable for the same.

  35. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the local laws of UAE Main Courts.

  36. Handeazy keeps the right to change, amend, cancel, or make exceptions to the terms and conditions listed here. Please check this terms and conditions page from time to time.

  37. Registered service provider owns complete responsibility, obligation, impact of delivering the services through its own trade licenses. Service provider cannot sub contract or engage any other service providers for the services it has accepted through the App, Website as the other partner is not verified or registered with HandEazy.com (Innovate IT Services FZ LLC).

  38. Service provider is liable to complete the booking it has accepted and cannot leave the booking partial, unattended or disputed. Any such cases shall be handled amicably with customers directly and its cost should be communicated, approved with customers directly.

  39. Any dispute between customers and service providers needs to be handled within the rule of Law and resolved amicably ensuring not damage, loss to any parties.

  40. Customer who has booked and received the service is liable to make complete payments through Mobile App / Website only through its payment gateway and not to be paid in cash to its service provider or its technicians.

  41. Handeazy is not liable to address or resolve any conflicts for any payments made / received in cash. Any such disputes will not be entertained by Handeazy (Innovate IT Services FZ LLC) and not liable for any such losses.

  43. By using our services, accepting the terms of user through Checkbox you acknowledge that you agree with our terms and conditions as a user (Customer, Service Provider, Partner.

  44. Any refund / partial payment / discounts will be given as per the promotion, offers and in verification with service provider engaged for the service booked, executed. 

  45. Any refund, payment dispute needs to be resolved amicably by Customer, user and Service partners, handeazy team can be involved in cases required and you agree that the decision taken by HandEazy (Innovate IT Services FZ LLC) will be the conclusive and final.

  46. Details of bookings and payment receipt will be available on the Mobile App. We do not store bills, receipt for long due to data residency and privacy reason.



Method of Payment, Card types, and Currency & Payment Information: 

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other currency agreed upon).

By using your account as a payment instrument with Handeazy, you are consenting to our terms of use. You may choose from various payment methods available on our Platform. We reserve the right to introduce additional payment methods or remove existing ones at our discretion. Online payments are processed by our third-party service providers, where your credit/debit card information will be stored for future bookings. Handeazy does not store your credit card or payment information. Additionally, this stored information may be used for any future transactions, including but not limited to recurring appointments, outstanding payments, tips, or any other amounts due to Handeazy.

Refund/Return Policy

Refunds if applicable and agreed by Handeazy backend team will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Quality Assurance Program / Quality Control Policy

We conduct random quality inspections on a regular basis to review the quality of our providers, crew members' work while they are on duty.

Here are the three methods we use in maintaining the quality checks:

Unannounced Visit - To ensure service professionals are properly uniformed and performing their duties thoroughly and completely.

On-Site Inspection - A walk-thru with the service professional and/or the client during regular business hours.

Follow-up – A brief telephone call by our customer service agents after your session has been completed.
EID / Company Trade License will be presented by the authorized person from Handeazy (Innovate IT Services FZ LLC) to while inspecting to ensure identity authenticity. Please request for ID proof.

Reporting Issues

You can report any feedback, concerns within the timeframes below for necessary follow-up with Service partners.

Missing/ stolen Items: within 48 hours.

Damaged items: within 24 hours.
